Our Services
- We created a podcast to build on the expert discussion surrounding birth and advocacy to prepare parents and birth workers for real life experience.
- To offer families an additional service, we developed an Infant CPR & Safety Class, to prepare new families for emergencies for not only babies but children and adults as well! Certifications also available!
- To assist mothers in labor, we offer the very intentional fascia release massage, both effective and relaxing!
About
As a labor nurse I use the experience and skills I've developed at the bedside and extensive education in childbirth, CPR / safety, and uterine fascia release to to support women in birth in alternative ways.
As a nurse, learning how to assist positioning in labor was a top priority, which is how I developed my skills in fascia release. This special type of massage assists is smoother, faster labors, improved fetal position, improving pregnancy pain and postpartum recovery!
